With the multi-faceted professional experience I have gained in the fields of finance and law, I provide comprehensive and result-oriented legal consultancy services for individuals and companies. Throughout my career, which began with an education in Economics (English), I have taken active roles in finance, accounting, and administrative affairs within banking, corporate management, and law firms. During this process, I have gained deep practical experience in budget management, cash flow planning, financial reporting, tax and administrative obligations, and contract management.
By combining this financial background with my law school education and legal practice, I handle legal issues not only within the framework of legislation but also in line with the audit of the general financial and legal areas of the company, its financial structure, commercial activities, and operational realities. Especially in legal disputes with a financial dimension, identifying risks at an early stage and determining the right strategies constitute my primary approach.
Within the scope of my advocacy activities; I provide legal consultancy and representation services for individuals and companies in the following areas:
