Overview
Administrative lawsuits are cases filed against actions established by state institutions against citizens or legal entities. At this stage, for an administrative lawsuit to be filed, the action in question must have been carried out by the administration. In administrative jurisdiction, the types of lawsuits are divided into three: annulment actions, full remedy actions (compensation), and lawsuits arising from administrative contracts.
